Get answers to your questions
You can send an email if you have a question on Personal Banking products and services, including Online Banking. Before you email us, follow these three steps:
- Is your question already answered on our site?
Ask a question using our search tool
- Have you received a scam email?
Ignore emails claiming to be from Barclays that ask for your Online Banking details. They ask you to follow a link to a site and enter your security details. You can forward these emails to internetsecurity@barclays.co.uk and then delete them from your email account.
- Please read before you email us
We welcome feedback, questions and complaints but there are some things you shouldn't include in your mail. For confidentiality reasons, please don't send us specific account information. We cannot act on any account instructions such as change of address or ordering a new PIN or Connect card by email. For these type of requests, contact your branch or Telephone Banking.
