Branch banking

Sometimes it's easier to talk to someone about your accounts face-to-face so you can speak to a member of staff in any of our branches. You may want to talk about a transaction, open an account or discuss your finances.

You can also visit a branch to use our self-service machines to withdraw cash, pay in cheques, view your statement and balances and transfer money between your accounts.

There are about 1,675 branches in the UK and many have extended opening hours.

Our staff are ready to help
Personal Bankers are on hand if you want to discuss your finances. They can give you help and advice on managing your money, coping with debt and much more. They can also provide information on the products and services we offer that could meet your financial needs.

Many of our branches have mortgages specialists and you can book an appointment to speak to one in smaller branches.

If you're interested in something more specific, such as stockbroking, we can put you in touch with the staff best placed to help you.
