Telephone Banking offers a push-button fast-track service day and night, seven days a week, so you can track what's going in and out of your accounts. And if you need help you can speak to an adviser.
Telephone Banking is secure and confidential. You'll be given a membership number and passcode when you join that you'll need to access your account.
With our fast-track service you can:
• Request statements
• Check your balance
• Pay a bill
• Transfer money.
You can speak to an adviser by pressing the star button from 7am-11pm, seven days a week.
An adviser can:
• Change standing orders and cancel Direct Debits.
• Order chequebooks or stop cheques.
• Order travellers cheques.
• Take your new address details.
• Arrange a Barclayloan*.
• Arrange a Barclays personal overdraft*.
• Open a new current or savings account.
• Order brochures or get info about other services.
