Register for Online Banking

Registering for Online Banking is easy as long as you have a Barclays current account. You can register online in just a few minutes with your email address and debit card.

By registering online you’ll get instant access, allowing you to view statements and transfer cash between your own Barclays accounts.

You’ll get full access to online banking once you receive your passcode or PINsentry card reader, which we will send in the post for security reasons.

Before registering:

• You’ll need your email address and your Barclays debit card.
  
  
• Decide whether you’ll be making payments online. If you intend to make payments (for example to friends or family), you’ll be sent a PINsentry card reader after you register. This is our market leading security device, which protects against fraud. Alternatively, if you don’t want to make online payments, you’ll log in using a passcode that will be sent to you in the post.
